Sarah Orwig

Sarah Orwig is a highly experienced Chief Human Resources Officer with a strong background in HR business operations, labor strategy, and negotiations planning. Sarah has worked at Ford Motor Company for over two decades, holding various HR leadership roles supporting global engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams. Sarah also has experience in facilitating union negotiations in India and developing labor strategies for successful UAW Ford negotiations. Sarah holds a Masters in Labor & Industrial Relations and a BA in Personnel Administration from Michigan State University.
