Rhonda Griggs

Rhonda Griggs, MSHRM, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Niles Plant Services, responsible for recruiting and onboarding talent while managing employee records in compliance with laws. Previous roles include Recruiting Specialist at Randstad Sourceright for Google, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Morley, and various positions at Lear Corporation, where Rhonda managed the recruiting process and developed employee learning initiatives. With a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Wichita State University and a Bachelor's degree from Baker College, Rhonda brings extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources.
