Per Svendsen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1996, they worked at Coca-Cola Tapperierne in various roles such as Regional Sales Manager, Sales Planner, and Local Account Manager. Per then moved on to Coca-Cola Tapperierne A/S, where they worked as Key Account Manager/Channel Development Manager from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Carlsberg Danmark as a Senior Key Account Manager. From 2004 to 2010, they worked at Carlsberg Group, holding positions such as National Account & Service Manager, Sales Development Director, and Vice President Sales. Per also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at SERVICED DISPENSE EQUIPMENT LIMITED during the same period. Continuing their career at Carlsberg UK Ltd, Per Svendsen worked as Vice President, Independent Free Trade & Wholesale from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they became a Member of the Supervisory Board at Adwaiz and then transitioned into the role of Advisor from 2019 to 2019. In the same year, they also worked as an Advisor at Tamu. Currently, Per Svendsen holds the position of Senior Vice President, Consumer and Private Label at Nilfisk, starting from 2019, with their most recent role being Vice President Sales and Marketing, Consumer since October 2019.
Per Svendsen has a diverse education history. Per first attended Esbjerg Statsskole from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Baccalaureate degree with a focus on Mathematics. Per then pursued further education at TietgenSkolen from 1992 to 1994, earning a degree as a Market Economist with a specialization in International Marketing. Following that, they attended Copenhagen Business School from 1996 to 1998, completing a degree in International Trade (HD-U). In 2001 to 2002, Per Svendsen enrolled in Reklameskolen, earning a degree in Advertising (IAA). Per later pursued additional education at Carlsberg, completing a Leadership Development Program (LUP) from 2005 to 2006, and a Talent Programme in Business from 2008 to 2009.
