Todd Palmquist has a diverse work experience, primarily in sales and leadership roles. Todd started their career at Hilti Group in 1999 as an Account Manager, where they achieved a 13% sales growth in the industrial market segment. Todd then worked their way up to become a Regional Sales Manager, leading two teams and achieving a 19% growth in sales. As the Hilti Center Manager, Todd was responsible for sales and operations of multiple retail locations, implementing initiatives that led to significant sales growth. Todd later became the Director of Marketing, overseeing a successful tool subscription service and driving 192% growth in customers. Their last role at Hilti was as the Divisional Sales Manager - Senior Director, where they led a $50M business vertical and achieved 10% growth in revenues and 43% increase in profits. Todd now holds the position of Vice President, Commercial Excellence, Americas at Nilfisk, where they continue to excel in their leadership role.
Todd Palmquist received a BA in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College in 1995. In 2007, they completed their MBA in Business at the W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University.
