Leila Azar-Kia

Leila Azar-Kia has a comprehensive work experience in the fashion industry. Leila most recently worked at Nili Lotan New York as the Senior Director of Production. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of RTW Product Development & Production at kate spade new york from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they served as the Director of Women's RTW Product Development & Production at Coach from 2017 to 2019. Leila also worked as a Consultant in Production at Victor Alfaro LLC from 2016 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Director of Production at Derek Lam from 2014 to 2016 and at Thakoon from 2010 to 2014.

Leila Azar-Kia has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the University of Michigan. Leila also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in September 2020.
