Brian Shih

Brian Shih is an experienced operations supervisor currently working at Nimble Robotics since September 2021. Brian also serves as the Company Commander in the United States Army Reserve, leading the Headquarters Company for the 155 Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, where responsibilities include managing administrative, medical, legal, and operational readiness for over 55 soldiers. Previously, Brian held the position of Area Operations Manager at Amazon from January to September 2021, overseeing a team of 74 and ensuring productivity while maintaining safety standards. Prior experience includes working as an Operations Manager at Collegiate Networks, where data analysis from over 1,000 college students informed marketing strategies. Brian earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA in 2020.
