Simon K.

Simon K. currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Nimble Group (Pty) Ltd in Kenya since July 2021. Prior to this role, Simon held multiple leadership positions at Letshego, including Group Executive for Compliance and Governance, Group Head of Human Resources, and Group Head of Internal Audit from November 2016 to September 2019. Simon also gained extensive experience at KCB Bank Group, serving as Head of Credit Treasury and Legal Audits, Head of Business and Governance Audits, and Deputy Leader of the PMO for the "Good to Great" transformation initiative from October 2009 to October 2016. Simon's career began at Standard Chartered Bank, where roles included Head of Africa Product Control and Manager of both Wholesale Banking Audit and Operations Audit, along with other managerial positions from January 1998 to September 2009. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nairobi.
