Suzanne Groch

Suzanne Groch has over 30 years of work experience in operations management, finance, and collections. Suzanne started their career as a Finance Officer at Fidelity Bank in 1988, and later worked as a Finance & Collections Officer at MultiChoice Group. In 1992, they joined ITC Business Administrators as a Regional Operations Manager, and later became the Consumer Operations Manager. In 2001, they transitioned to the role of Information Systems Executive, where they oversaw IT operations and managed budgets, service providers, and contracts. From 2010 to 2012, Suzanne served as an Operations Executive at ITC Business Administrators, leading an operational turnaround and managing a debt collection call center. Since 2013, they have been with Nimble Group (Pty) Ltd, initially serving as the Executive Head of Operations Excellence before becoming the Chief Recoveries Officer for the Acquired Debt Portfolio (ADP) business. Throughout their career, Suzanne has demonstrated their ability to lead large teams and drive strategic and improvement initiatives.

Suzanne Groch began their education in 2002 at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Suzanne pursued a bachelor's degree in B.Com Business Informatics. However, it appears that they did not complete or abandoned this degree as there is no end year listed.
