Milagros Bengochea

Milagros Bengochea has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent management. Milagros currently works at Warecloud as the Human Capital Director, responsible for the search and pre-selection of IT profiles as well as profiles across the company. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Talent and Space at Warecloud, where they were involved in headhunting, selection of various profiles, and managing junior, semi-senior, senior, and star profiles. Before joining Warecloud, they served as the Human Resources Director at Nimble.LA Group. Milagros also has experience in human resources management at Celotto Construcciones and RV Obras y Servicios S.A., where they handled various HR tasks such as documentation, labor history verification, and legal communication. Milagros began their career as an Insurance Representative at Bazet Asesores, where they dealt with insurance producers and clients.

Milagros Bengochea's education history is as follows:

Milagros attended Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Misericordia from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their Bachillerato degree in Ciencias Sociales.

From 2011 to 2015, Milagros studied at Universidad Nacional de Rosario, where they earned a Licenciatura degree in Social Communication.

Milagros then pursued a Master's degree in Dirección y Gestión de Recursos Humanos y Selección de Personal at ESNECA Business School, from 2020 to 2021.

Currently, Milagros is attending the University of Cambridge, where they are studying People Analytics. Milagros is expected to complete their studies in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Milagros has obtained several certifications. Milagros received a certification in English from EF International Language Centers in July 2022. Milagros also acquired certifications in Evaluación de desempeño en la nueva normalidad: Presencial, remota e híbrida, Habilidades de coaching para líderes y gerentes, and People Analytics from LinkedIn in 2022 and 2021.

Lastly, in 2023, Milagros is planning to obtain a certification in ABC de las Nuevas Economías from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA).
