Anil Meda

Anil Meda has worked in the software engineering field since 1992. Anil began their career as a Developer at Suraj Developers. Anil then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Mphasis - BFL Software from 1994 to 1996, where they designed and developed software for message routing systems and real time stock exchange feed handling and dispatching. From 1996 to 1997, they worked as a Software Consultant at JBAS Systems, where they developed software for the control of photo stabilizer semiconductor equipment. From 1999 to 2005, they worked at axcelis technologies as a Principal Software Engineer, where they architected and developed a distributed real time, multi-threaded control system. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at CSC as a Principal Lead Software Architect, where they managed and led the team for the USCIS immigration tools/applications and lead the reporting architecture for the immigration case processing and tracking systems. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at hCentive, Inc. as an Associate Vice President and Senior Director of Technology, where they managed and lead the team for the Small Business Health Insurance Exchange product and technically designed and owned the product development from inception. Finally, they worked at Nimbus Consulting as an Architectural and Strategic Consultant from 2018 to the present.

Anil Meda obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Mysore in 1994. In 2021, they obtained two additional certifications: HUMAN-CENTERED SERVICE DESIGN from IDEO U in May, and MASTERING DESIGN THINKING from the MIT Sloan School of Management in March.
