Richard Buckley

Richard Buckley has over 20 years of work experience, starting as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer at BP in 1997. Richard then worked as a Field of the Future - Programme Manager at BP from 2010 to 2011. From 2012 to 2017, they served as CIO / Vice President (IT) - Upstream at BP. In 2017, they joined Zodiac Maritime Limited as their CTO & CIO / Head of IT. Most recently, in 2018, they founded Ninety Percent of Everything and currently serves as the Founder & CEO.

Richard Buckley has a diverse education history. Richard started their education at Heriot-Watt University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Richard later attended Edinburgh Napier University from 2000 to 2002 and earned a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in ecommerce. Richard continued their studies at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2007 to 2009, where they achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction, specializing in Business Administration and Management. In 2012 and 2013, Richard participated in the CIO of the Future Executive Management Programme (18 months) at both Boston University and the University of California, Berkeley. The field of study for these executive programs is not specified.
