Madi Choshi

Madi Choshi currently serves as the Head of IP Business Change & Reporting at Ninety One since March 2022, with a focus on business services optimization. Prior to this role, Madi held multiple positions at African Bank from December 2018 to February 2022, including Chief Scrum Master and Senior Scrum Master. Madi's experience also includes managerial roles in strategic planning at Absa, business process analysis at Vitality UK, and sales optimization at Barclays. Earlier career highlights include a process analyst role at Standard Bank and a process engineer position at Absa. Madi Choshi holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, along with a BSc Hons in Engineering and Technology Management from the University of Pretoria.
