Irina Gapchenko

Irina Gapchenko has been in the HR field since 2013. Irina started their career as an HR Administrator at АТ “Дельта Банк”, where they worked with staff documentations, provided updating all HR data in HRM, and was responsible for timely personnel documentation movement and updating. In 2016, they moved to Valartin pharma as a Labor Relations Specialist, where they were responsible for proper implementation of all HR processes, maintaining personnel records in 1C, personnel files, individual records, labor books, orders, and registers. In 2019, they joined moneyveo.ua as an HR Administrator, where they were responsible for timely personnel documentation movement and updating according to Legal, corporate structure and processes. Currently, Irina is an HR Manager at both Ning Interactive Inc. and Boxmode.

Irina Gapchenko attended National Pedagogical Dragomanov University from 2005 to 2011, where they earned a Master of Pedagogy in the field of Teacher of English at primary school.
