Jay collaborates with internal teams to convey customer feedback and optimize enhancement opportunities. Outside NinjaCat, Jay is the Owner/Operator of Snydillo Studios, offering creative services. With a background in event management and marketing, Jay has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
