Stephen Murphy

Stephen Murphy is a Senior Technical Advisor at NinjaOne, responsible for representing the company in MSP and IT community groups, as well as hosting technical webinars for customers. Previously, Stephen served as Head of Managed Services at Vital Service (North East) Limited, where leadership in information security and governance initiatives contributed to enhanced business processes over a decade-long tenure. Prior roles include Solutions Architect at Vital Service, Service Desk and Delivery Manager at go-centric, and Managing Director of Get Lamped, a Young Enterprise venture focused on contemporary lighting solutions. Stephen also held IT support roles at Vital Service North East CIC and Trinity Youth Association. Stephen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology from Northumbria University and an NVQ Level 2 in Performing Engineering Operations from Ashington College.
