Benjamin Ingram, CRCM

Benjamin Ingram, CRCM has over 15 years of work experience. Benjamin began their career in 2008 as a Courtesy/Chinese Clerk/Produce Clerk at Hy-Vee, Inc. In 2014, they joined Avant as a Compliance Associate, where they held a variety of roles including Customer Service Specialist, Loan Processor, and Compliance Associate for both the UK and US loan product portfolios. In this role, they conducted regulatory audits, testing Avant's processes and procedures for compliance with applicable financial consumer protection laws. Benjamin also conducted and reported on the organization's 2019 annual regulatory risk assessment. In 2019, they joined OppFi as Manager of Regulatory Compliance Risk Management, Senior Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Associate, and Associate of Compliance Assurance. Most recently, they joined NinjaTrader Group, LLC in 2023 as a Marketing Analyst.

Benjamin Ingram, CRCM has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from The University of Arizona Global Campus, obtained in 2014. Benjamin also holds a High School Diploma from West High School, obtained in 2010. Additionally, they hold seven certifications, including Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) from the American Bankers Association, obtained in October 2021, and six other certifications in Data Analytics and related fields, obtained from CareerFoundry and Coursera between February and October 2022.
