Caspar Hertel has been employed in the IT industry since 2017, when they began working for globits GmbH as an IT-Koordinator - Spezialist. In 2022, they began working for Ninox Software GmbH as a Solutions Engineer.

Caspar Hertel completed a Master of Science in Finanzmathematik, Aktuarwissenschaften und Risikomanagement from the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin between 2022 and 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from The Berlin School of Economics and Law between 2017 and 2020.
