Tim Genkinger began their career in 2015 as a Dualer Student at Sehne Backwaren KG, where they gained experience in the company's various areas, with a focus on sales and IT projects. In 2019, they joined IBM as a Specialist for Data&AI and Partner Account Manager (Master@IBM), working with IBM partners Computacenter, K&P Computer and BLUE Consult to expand their existing business and gain new customers. In 2022, they joined Ninox Software GmbH as a Senior Partner Manager, building a No-Code/Low-Code ecosystem to digitalize SMEs using the Ninox platform. Tim's responsibilities included developing custom applications that run on any device, online and offline, without programming, as well as quick implementation, integration, compliance with GDPR, hosting in Germany, scripting, custom rights management and audit protocols. Tim also worked with customers in the construction industry, manufacturing, healthcare, and more, as a CRM, ERP, sales control or project management.
Tim Genkinger has a comprehensive educational background. Tim obtained their Bachelor of Arts in BWL-Handwerk from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2015 to 2018. Tim then went on to earn their Master of Arts in General Business Management from DHBW CAS from 2018 to 2019. Tim is currently completing their Master of Arts in Strategic Sales Management from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, which they expect to finish in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications, including Ninox Funamentals from VisualMakers in October 2022, Cloud Pak for Data Sales Foundations from IBM in June 2021, IBM Cloud Pak for Integration - Administrator from IBM in November 2020, and IBM Cloud Pak for Applications - Explorer from IBM in August 2020.
