Julia Cervantes

Julia Cervantes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical content management and business transformation. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Content at Nintex since November 2021, Julia previously led the Business Transformation Team at Insitu Inc., applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve cross-functional processes and manage the launch of a new document management system. Julia's background also includes technical writing and editing roles at Allegiant, where structured XML content for numerous manuals was created, and freelance writing for various organizations. Additional experience includes managing communications and public relations at Wynn Las Vegas, as well as roles in journalism. Julia holds a Master of Science in Information Design and Strategy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Concordia University Irvine. Furthermore, Julia has completed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training.
