Josephine Maeda

Josephine Maeda, CPA (T), FMVA®, has extensive experience in accounting, currently serving as an Accountant at Nippo Corporation since May 2019. Prior to this role, Josephine worked as an Accounting Administrator at TanMedics Company Limited from April 2018 to February 2019, where responsibilities included the preparation of financial policy and standard operating procedures. Earlier experience encompasses positions as an Assistant Accountant at Tanzania Tobacco Board and the Tanzania Revenue Authority. Josephine holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the National Board of Accountants and Auditors, as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Mzumbe University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the Tanzania Institute of Accountant. Josephine also completed the Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute®.
