Welington dos Santos

Welington Dos Santos, MBA, currently serves as the Latin America Manager for the Diagnostics Business Unit at Nipro Medical Corporation, a position held since September 2009, where responsibilities include developing business and transformational leaders by implementing strategies for exponential results. Previously, Welington held the role of Brazil Commercial Manager at Greiner Bio One Brazil from August 2002 to August 2009, beginning as a scientific assessor and later becoming the north commercial manager. Prior experience includes working as a Biochemical Pharmacist at CII - Centro de Imunologia e Imunogenetica from August 1997 to January 2002. Welington's educational background features an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MBA in Commercial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, among other qualifications in strategic management and biochemical pharmacy.
