Ismo Niemi

Ismo Niemi began their work experience in 2003 as a Trainee at Teollisuuden Voima Oyj. Ismo then held various roles such as Power Plant Engineer, Project Engineer, and Team Manager. In 2015, Ismo became a Manager at the same company and held this position until 2017. In 2017, they joined Neste Engineering Solutions Oy as a Project Manager and worked there until 2019. Ismo is currently the Head of Engineering at Nipromec Oy Ltd, where they are the Business Unit Director of Nipromec EP and also acts as a Project Manager for several customer projects.

Ismo Niemi obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology during the period of 1997 to 2004. In addition to their academic degree, they also obtained an IPMA Level D certificate in project management from the International Project Management Association in January 2017.
