Matti Nousiainen

Matti Nousiainen has extensive experience in contract and cost control, project management, and quality and administration management across various companies. Currently, Matti works at Nipromec Group on the Keliber Lithium project. Previously, Matti managed quality and financial administration at Ahma Engineers Ltd while also serving as General Director and Project Manager for the Ukrainian subsidiary. Other notable roles include cost and financial controller for Skanska East Europe during the Novinsky Boulevard project, project cost controller for a telecommunication initiative at Skanska Telecon Networks, and logistics and administration manager for a significant design and build project at Skanska East Europe. Matti's career began in the 1990s with Teräsbetoni Oy and Oy Noustech Ltd, focusing on administration and cost control.
