Soumya M. has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In that year, they were an Intern at Hindustan Construction Company. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Deputy Manager at McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited, where they prepared work breakdown structures and created cost and resource loaded schedules. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Assistant Manager at Larsen & Toubro, where they coordinated for 3 projects worth approximately 170 million CAD and managed day-to-day operational aspects of projects. Currently, they are a Project Control Coordinator at Niricson and a Project Coordinator at Total Facade Solutions.

Soumya M. completed a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University from 2009 to 2013. Soumya then went on to pursue a post graduate degree in Project Engineering Management from NICMAR University from 2013 to 2015. In addition, Soumya M. has obtained certifications in Construction Management: Reading Drawings & Specifications from LinkedIn in 2022, Primavera P6 Essential Training from LinkedIn in 2022, Stadd Pro from Central Tool Room & Training Centre (MSME) Government of India in 2012, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in 2021.
