Before joining MPS Limited, Ritesh worked at NIIT Technologies Limited as an Assistant Manager Human Resources from November 2011 to November 2015. Ritesh also has experience working at BVI HR Practices Pvt Ltd. as an Account Manager- Human Resource from August 2009 to November 2011. Throughout their career, Ritesh has been involved in various HR functions such as performance management, employee record administration, payroll, compliance management, and HR operations management.
