Andreja Popov

Andreja Popov is an accomplished M&A Manager at NIS Gazprom Neft since June 2013, focusing on managing M&A projects in exploration and production across several countries in the region, while also participating in divestment initiatives. Prior to this role, Andreja owned Masters Finance from July 2007 to May 2013, providing M&A advisory services, investment advisory, valuations, business plans, and corporate restructuring. Experience also includes serving as CEO of EKI Investment from February 2005 to June 2007, overseeing an investment boutique specializing in transaction advisory and real estate investments. As Auction Center Director at the Privatization Agency of Serbia from January 2001 to January 2005, Andreja managed the auction privatization process, resulting in the privatization of over 1,100 companies. Andreja's career started at Deloitte from 1995 to 2001, progressing from an audit position to financial advisory. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
