Dmitry Bezrukov has over 12 years of work experience, primarily in the field of process safety and HSE (health, safety, and environment). Dmitry started their career in 2009 as an investment planning specialist at NIS Gazprom Neft. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of HSE specialist, where they actively contributed to the development of HSE policies and improvement of process safety systems. Dmitry then became the Deputy Director of HSE Department before taking on the role of HSE expert coordinator in 2011. In 2012, they became the Process Safety Expert coordinator, leading the implementation of a risk-based process safety management system. Dmitry was promoted to Head of Process Safety Department in 2014 and held this position until September 2022. Since March 2015, Dmitry also served as the Head of Process Safety, where they focused on ensuring process safety competency and compliance. Prior to their tenure at NIS Gazprom Neft, Dmitry worked as a Supervisor at JAT Tehnika from June 2008 to December 2009.
Dmitry Bezrukov holds a Master's degree in risk engineering from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad, which they obtained from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of economics degree at the Faculty of Economics from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Dmitry has also obtained several certifications. Dmitry is a Functional Safety Engineer certified by TUV Rheinland, which they achieved in February 2018 through Risktec Solutions. Dmitry also holds certifications in NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety (obtained in February 2017), NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (obtained in October 2016), Stručni ispit iz bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu (obtained in February 2012), and Stručni ispit zaštite od požara (obtained in February 2012).
