Nevena Polic

Nevena Polic is an experienced finance and human resources professional currently serving as the Coordinator for IT budget control at NIS Gazprom Neft since December 2019. In this role, Nevena is responsible for developing CAPEX/OPEX budgets, monitoring project financials, and managing procurement processes through the SAP system. Previous positions include Payroll Specialist, where Nevena coordinated payroll activities and compliance, and Personnel Administration Specialist, focusing on employee onboarding and documentation. Nevena also held positions as Sales Marketing Manager at Polic Promet and Foreign Payment Specialist at Intesa Sanpaolo. Nevena holds a Master's degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics, Subotica, University of Novi Sad, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management and a High School Diploma in Economics.
