Olgica Ristic

Olgica Ristic possesses extensive experience in the petrochemical and scientific communication fields. Currently serving as HR Business Partner and Head of the Technical Training Department at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since February 2020, Olgica previously held the position of Leading Expert Associate in the Laboratory Department at HIP-Petrohemija from 2008 to 2020, specializing in the analysis of liquid and gas samples in the petrochemical industry. Additional roles include being a member of the Commission for Waste Characterization and Management at the Institute for Standardization of Serbia and a Science Communicator for the British Council, where Olgica contributed to the "Beautiful Science" project and was a finalist in "FameLab." Olgica's background also includes work as a collaborator and co-author for the Science Department at the Serbian Broadcasting Corporation, focusing on popular science themes. Olgica holds a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry from the University of Belgrade.
