Petar Djumic

Petar Djumic is a Senior CRM Expert at NIS Gazprom Neft with experience beginning in October 2016. Responsibilities include creating customer segmentations for communication campaigns, monitoring loyalty program users, and organizing activities to engage inactive members. Previously served as a Loyalty Program and Analysis Expert, handling analyses and complaints related to the loyalty program "Sa nama na putu," and as a Business Process Analysis and Organizational Development Specialist, where Petar conducted functional analyses and data collection for various organizational units. Before joining NIS Gazprom Neft, Petar worked as an International Transport Officer at Transfera Transport&Logistics, managing transport requests and negotiations. Petar holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Belgrade, obtained in March 2015.
