Joe Oney

Joe O. possesses extensive experience in intelligence and computer security, currently working at Nisos since April 2022 and co-founding HOPSEC in June 2021. Joe O. has a long-standing role in the Kentucky Air National Guard since October 2009, alongside previous positions at Hogan Lovells as Security Operations Manager and Security Architect from July 2018 to April 2022, and various roles at UPS from May 2015 to July 2018, including Manager of Information Security. Joe O. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis from the University of Louisville and multiple associate degrees in fields such as Russian Studies, Intelligence Studies and Technology, and Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the Defense Language Institute and the Community College of the Air Force.
