Jeannie Henry currently serves as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel - Chief Compliance Officer at NiSource since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jeannie held multiple positions at TAG - The Aspen Group, including Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Compliance & Risk Management, contributing to one of the largest retail healthcare business support organizations in the U.S. From 2013 to 2020, Jeannie was the Global Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President & Associate General Counsel at The Hertz Corporation, a major player in the car rental industry. Jeannie's earlier experience includes senior legal roles at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group and Thrifty Rent-A-Car Systems, Inc. Jeannie earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, along with education at the University of Cambridge.
