Mary Downes

Mary Downes has held various roles in nonprofit organizations and government agencies, focusing on energy programs, grant writing, communications, and advocacy for children and youth. Currently, Mary is the Manager of Program Strategy & Compliance at Unitil, overseeing energy efficiency programs in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Prior to this, Mary served as a Board Member at HAVEN, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing sexual assault and domestic violence. Mary's extensive experience includes positions such as Administrator of Energy Programs at the NH Office of Strategic Initiatives and Director of Homeownership Program at CATCH Neighborhood Housing.
