Kelly Taylor

Kelly Taylor, MBA, CHMM, is an experienced professional in environmental compliance and risk management, currently serving as Team Leader for Risk and Process Improvement at NiS since September 2016. Kelly has previously held the position of Environmental Coordinator at both Columbia Pipeline Group and Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, where responsibilities included preparing and implementing environmental permits and conducting compliance inspections. Additional expertise includes quality analysis and project coordination at Southwest Research Institute. Kelly's extensive background also includes coaching and managing high school cheerleading teams, alongside early roles in emergency dispatch and pharmacy support. Kelly holds an MBA in Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources, as well as a BA in Chemistry, Biology, Business, and Psychology from Eastern Oregon University.
