Hema Gigan is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in after-sales performance management and marketing across the automotive and aviation industries. Currently serving as After Sales Performance Manager at Nissan West Europe since December 2019, Hema oversees KPI monitoring, campaign objectives, and the deployment of maintenance packages.
