Jayanthi Purushothaman

Jayanthi Purushothaman has over 15 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training and soft skills development, currently serving as an HSE Trainer and Consultant, as well as Associate Training Manager at NIST Global since July 2014. Jayanthi holds technical membership with IOSH, UK, and is an approved trainer for various safety courses including British Safety Council and NEBOSH certifications. With extensive training expertise, Jayanthi has delivered over 50 batches for IOSH courses and similar numbers for British Safety Council trainings, impacting approximately 2,500 candidates. Previous roles include Associate Talent Transformation at Reliance Retail and Senior Officer-Trainer at Talentia. Jayanthi holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Madras, a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Annamalai University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
