Abeer Saeed Mutavalli's work experience begins in 2010 as a Recruitment Consultant at Grow Human Resource Consultants, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment. In 2012, they joined TradeKey as a Recruitment Specialist, screening and shortlisting resumes from various sources.
In 2013, Abeer worked as an Executive HR - Client Relations at Professional Employers Pvt. Ltd, handling clients such as DHL, United Energy Pakistan, and Silk Bank.
Moving on to 2014, Abeer joined Ecu Line as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources, focusing on organizational development by designing and implementing policies and procedures. In the same year, they also started working at Folio3 Pvt. Ltd as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources, where they oversaw the recruitment process and worked on recruitment analysis.
Most recently, Abeer started working at Nisum in 2017 as the Head of People and Culture, leading change management, planning, and strategy.
Abeer Saeed Mutavalli completed a Diploma in Employment Laws and Industrial Relations from the Institute of Business Administration between 2020 and 2021. This degree focused on the field of Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
Prior to this, Abeer Saeed Mutavalli obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Karachi University. This degree was earned between 2010 and 2012.
In addition to these degrees, Abeer Saeed Mutavalli also obtained certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in October 2020.
