Nancy Herrington

Nancy Herrington has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Nancy is currently working as the Managing Director at NITCO, Inc., where they lead digital transformation initiatives utilizing technology solutions such as AI, RPA, and machine learning. Prior to this, Nancy worked as a Senior Project Manager and Independent Consultant at People Builders, LLC, supporting Fortune 1000 companies in implementing ERP projects and improving business processes. Nancy also had their own construction business, Herrington Company LLC, where they oversaw all aspects of the business operations. Nancy's earlier roles include Oracle Project Manager at Hencie Consulting, Oracle Functional Consultant at Computer Systems Authority, and Owner of a retail travel agency. Nancy began their career at the Carrollton Police Department, progressing to the position of Police Lieutenant and handling responsibilities such as budgeting, personnel management, and community engagement.

Nancy Herrington completed their education at The University of Texas at Dallas. From 1976 to 1978, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Later, from 1987 to 1991, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance. In addition to their academic qualifications, Nancy also obtained a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in November 2013.
