Gabriela Santiago has a strong background in pricing, with experience as a Director of Pricing at Nitel and Hypercore Networks, Inc. At Nitel, they currently hold the position and at Hypercore Networks, Inc., they held the role from March 2016 to July 2022. In addition, Gabriela has experience in education and research, having served as a Sub Coordinator and Chair for Korean and East Asian Studies at Universidad de Costa Rica from June 2013 to March 2014. Gabriela Santiago obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in East Asian Studies, focusing on development, commerce, and politics at Sungkyunkwan University from 2009 to 2013.
