Kyle Allen

Kyle Allen has a range of experience in the technology industry. Kyle began their career in 2012 as an Advanced Resolution Expert at Geek Squad, where they worked until 2013. Kyle then moved on to Global Capacity as a Tier I Engineer from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they worked at Access One, Inc. as a Hosted PBX Support Specialist from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Kyle was employed at RKON Technologies as a Network Security Engineer. After that, they joined Unitas Global as a Network Engineer, where they provided cloud-based solutions to customers and managed Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls. Kyle's most recent position is at Nitel, where they currently hold the role of Network Operations Center Engineer.

Kyle Allen completed their Bachelor's degree in Networking Communications and Management from DeVry University between 2010 and 2014. In addition, they obtained several certifications including "Implementing Cisco IP Switched Networks (SWITCH)" from Cisco in May 2019, "Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator (CCSA)" from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. in October 2017, and "CCNA Routing and Switching" from Cisco in August 2016.
