Kalle Karlsson

Kalle Karlsson is a seasoned service designer with extensive experience in leading service and UX design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Nitor since August 2022, Kalle assists clients in achieving business objectives while addressing end-user needs. Previous roles include Service Design Lead at Caruna, where Kalle managed service and UX design projects, and Business Design Lead at Roger Studio, overseeing service design from conception to launch. Earlier experience includes a Digital B2B Sales Growth Manager position at BESTSELLER, where Kalle focused on the development of digital sales platforms, and various marketing roles within the company.
