Mikko Vihonen

Mikko Vihonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business management. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Nitor since October 2017, Mikko previously held various roles at Futurice from December 2005 to October 2017, including Business Director, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management for a unit of 40-60 personnel, as well as overseeing operations and business development. Additional roles at Futurice included Project Manager, focusing on complex customer projects, and Software Developer, where Mikko developed the Kuvaboxi photo sharing service. Earlier experience includes positions at Helsinki Institute for Information Technology, Oikeat Oliot, Sanoma-WSOY, and TietoEnator, contributing to a diverse array of software projects and research initiatives. Mikko holds an M.Sc in Media Technology from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completed in 2006.
