Dan Getz Jr.

Dan Getz, Jr. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Nitrogen since February 2013, Dan has progressed through various positions, including Director of Enterprise Tech Engineering, where responsibilities included leading multiple teams and acting as a subject matter expert despite reduced coding involvement. Earlier, Dan was integral to Nitrogen's early development as a Senior Engineer and played a key role in launching numerous integrations as Engineering Team Lead. Prior to Nitrogen, Dan was VP of Engineering at both BizFlex and wiOps, overseeing customer service and technical operations. Dan also has experience as an Independent Contractor and as a Teaching Intern at Black Forest Academy. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University.
