Tao Ding has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

From 2021 to the present, Tao Ding has held the position of Head of Supply Chain & Project Management for the Micro-mobility Business Unit at NIU Technologies. In this role, they perform market and product analysis and define purchase strategies based on technical and production requirements.

They worked as a Component Team Leader, managing 8 PCB suppliers, conducting quality audits, optimizing the supply chain system, and providing technical support for production line issues. They were also involved in process system re-engineering and wrote PCB board approval procedures and SOPs.
