Rohil Mitra has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rohil began their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd in October 2007 and worked there until May 2010. Rohil then interned as a Management Intern at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited from April 2011 to June 2011, and as a Project Intern at Carrier AC's India from November 2011 to January 2012.
In June 2012, Rohil joined NIVEA India as a Management Trainee, where they gained experience in both sales and marketing roles. Rohil worked as an Assistant Product Manager on the skincare portfolio and then transitioned to a Sales role as an Area Sales Manager, achieving 100% target achievement. Rohil continued to grow within the company, taking on roles such as Product Manager for Men's Grooming, where they helped launch a successful men's cream and improved market positioning. Rohil then became a Senior Product Manager, responsible for the Female Deodorants, Soap, and Talc portfolio.
In August 2019, Rohil became a Category Manager for Men's Grooming at NIVEA India before taking up the role of Category Manager for Deodorants and Men's Grooming in June 2020. In this role, they had complete P&L responsibility for multiple portfolios and also served as the PR lead for NIVEA in India. Most recently, Rohil is working as the Head of eCommerce S&CM and Performance Marketing at NIVEA India, starting in March 2022.
Rohil Mitra completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University between 2003 and 2007. Subsequently, they pursued their MBA at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2010 to 2012.
