Erica Nichols Sphr

Erica Nichols, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has had a diverse work experience in customer service and human resources. Erica currently holds the title of Director of Customer Care at Nivel Parts and Manufacturing, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to that, Erica spent many years at Jewelry Television, where they held various roles including Director of Customer Service from March 2014 to November 2020, Director of Host Development from March 2011 to March 2014, and Human Resources Manager from December 2003 to March 2011.

Erica Nichols, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a focus on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Examination from Southern New Hampshire University. Erica obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2007 and their SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in August 2015.
