Ankur Shah

Ankur Shah is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Nividous since August 2017, Ankur is responsible for organization development, strategic human resources, HR operations, and talent management. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Abbacus Technologies focused on talent acquisition and employee engagement, and a team lead role at OmniMD overseeing multiple HR functions such as payroll and compliance. Ankur began a career in recruitment at Panman Solution, managing recruitment efforts across multiple countries. Ankur holds an MBA in Human Resources from Indira Gandhi National Open University and has pursued advanced studies in HR analytics and strategic HR management from esteemed institutions including XLRI Jamshedpur and Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli.
