Mark Dudley

Mark Dudley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Nividous since October 2020, Mark previously held the role of Operations Manager at L&T Technology Services Limited from September 2018 to October 2020, overseeing service documentation and solution architecture teams. Mark's long tenure at Xerox from April 1997 to September 2018 included positions as Solution Architect/System Development Principal, Emerging Technology Solution Architect, and Developer/Requirements Analyst, focusing on customer requirements analysis, software development, and technological innovations. Prior to that, Mark was the Executive Director at Congregations in Ministry with the Elderly from June 1994 to March 1997, managing a social service agency dedicated to supporting older individuals. Mark holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University at Albany and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from SUNY Brockport.
