E. R.

E.R. has a long and varied career history, beginning with their service in the US Army from 1992 to 2007, where they held the role of Captain (P). Following their service, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of DRC Solutions, a boutique management consulting firm, from 2007 to 2009. E. then held the role of Managing Director at River Otter Group from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they began working as a Managing Partner, Senior Consultant, and Sales Leader at Columbus Consulting International. E. also held the role of Adjunct Professor at Johnson & Wales University from 2010 to 2012 and Guest Lecturer at the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they founded Black Wave Consulting Group and held the role of CEO. In 2020, they joined Competera Pricing Platform as a Member of the Board of Advisors. Currently, E.R. is the Vice President of Business Development at Nivo1, a cloud-based automated invoice processing solution.

E. R. received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1992. In 2004, they completed a Certificate from Duquesne University in Non Profit Leadership Academy. In 2006, they earned an Executive Education Certification from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in Business Administration and Management, General, and an MBA in International Business from University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
