Dami Folayan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, research, and education. Currently serving as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Niyo Group since July 2021, Dami has previously held roles including Head of Research and Organisational Development, Head of People, and Partnerships Executive within the same organization. Dami is also actively involved as a member of the 2023/24 Impetus Leadership Academy, enhancing leadership skills and knowledge in impact measurement. Concurrently, Dami works as a Research Assistant and Supervisor at the University of Cambridge, contributing to various projects and supporting undergraduate education. Previous experiences include volunteer work with UN Women UK, peer-reviewing for the Cambridge Educational Research e-Journal, and roles in outreach and content creation at higher education institutions. Dami holds a PhD in Education from the University of Cambridge and has a Master's in International Social Change and Policy from the University of Sheffield.
